Help with Corvus HD - PLEASE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi,

I got an 5Mb Corvus Constalation HD and it is so difficult to do in
Brazil. But, I have a few questions:

1. It has 4 dip switch on back. All that are seted to CLOSE position.
What that switches does ?
2. It has 4 red switches on front (+- hidden). All that are seted to
left side. What that switches does ?
3. It has 2 connector on back: PROCESSOR and DRIVE. Witch of then I
must plug the flat cable from card ? I'm usind PROCESSOR.
4. I turn on the HD and 3 lights on FRONT starts ON: FAULT, BUSY and
READ. After some busy time, the FAULT and BUSY turn off. But, If I
turn on the IIe, the HD doesn't start to boot (the Corvus Card is in
Slot 7). I have the Corvus Diagnostics Soft (thanks Jean) and the
program find the HD (the busy light flashs) and the show me:
- ROM 58
- Firmware:
  V18.4AP -- Const II - 11/82

How can I format it ? In the Diag Software has a format option, but
when I select it, the soft say me to set the format key on HD. What
key is it ? How can I do to ProDOS recognize it ?

Sorry by those all questions, but I don't know anyone that has a
Corvus HD in Brazil, so, help-me please !!!!!!!!!
