easy project? apple scsi hd on a card ie..scsi expander

saw this link on ebay...it has a card for sale called the "scsi expander"
along with a apple // scsi card

from what it looks like it is simply a scsi hd 2.5" on a card (to supply
power) and it just hitches up via
scsi cable internal type to the apple // scsi card or ramfast or etc

it looks very easy to build (as far as making apple // cards go ..if i'm
judging by the CF flash card)

anyway..are there plans/drivers for popping one of these together on a apple
// prototype board?

is there someone wants a guick and easy apple // internal card project...i
seem to remember someone asking about
apple // slot pin outs
