That language is called "LOGO".
There are several versions for
the Apple II, one of which is called
"Apple Logo". That comes in 2 versions,
and one that I have the original package
of is "Terrapin Logo". Apple Logo is
downloadable, if you have the equipment
and software necessary to change disk
images to real disks.
