   A flat topped keycap will fit the Apple ][ keyboard, but like Wayne said, it
does stick up a bit, and not flush with the case.  Could be the original power
light cap was lost, and replaced with the newer style.  And the old keyboard
had a "grain of wheat" bulb, the ][+ had a bi-pin plug in style.

  Apple's had so many different keyboard styles and rev's over the years.  The
][ and ][+ had the most.  They had one non-repairable version, and I remember
the stink it caused with us service guys.  Made the darned keyboards disposable
because of one bad keyswitch.
