AE GS-RAM III card memory ICs

Hi there!

I have a 4 MB GS-RAM III card in my GS that I'd like to upgrade. It
currently has 4 ICs in it (for a total of 2 MB). I'd like to add
another 4, for 4 MB.

The csa2 FAQ states:
--- begin quote
     The Applied Engineering GS-RAM III uses 20-pin "Zip" package 1M x 4
DRAMs (NEC D424400V-80 or OKI H5144024-70). Mike Morton led me to a
supplier in the Computer Shopper magazine. (Thanks Mike.) The supplier
is L.A.Trade (800-433-3726; http://www.4LATrade.com/memmisc.htm ). I
now have a total of 5 megs in my ROM 3 and all is well.
--- end quote

I'm assuming the company mentioned no longer exists, since
www.4LATrade.com is now nonexistent and calling their 800 number offers
me "live hot amateur talk". The ICs in my card are, in fact, NEC
D424400V-80 chips. Anyone have a source?

Thanks,
TK
