I have the new manual scanned, but it too is too big. I was getting about
160k per page.
I am using a Mac G4 with Vuescan scanner software, and have Acrobat 4.0
installed. Scanner is an Epson Perfection 2400 Photo. I have tried a number of
things and so far nothing works that I can get a usable size per page. I'll try
a few different things this weekend.
I can scan a few of my smaller manuals when I get the time. I sold a Sir
tech catalog, and managed to scan it in before I shipped it out.
