I beg to differ.
When using the Apple //c RF Modulator attachment with an Apple //c, it
outputs an RF modulated signal (if memory serves me correctly, switch
selectable RF output to channel 3 and 4), not a composite video signal and
thus will not plug into any composite video monitor....well, you could
physically plug it in (ie. using the RCA patch cord at each end) but it
won't display a useable signal.

The Apple //c has a built in composite video jack on the back of it, just
use an RCA video cable to hook it up directly to any composite video
monitor and/or TV set which has composite video input jacks.

Correct.

I might add this:

RF Video Input  ---> Coaxial and/or Twin Lead connect ---> Poorest Quality
Composite Input ---> RCA style connect ---> Better than RF Video Quality
S-Video (SVHS)  ---> 4 pin mini-DIN  -----> Better than Composite Quality
Component Input ---> Seperate *Red, Green, Blue connectors, better than S-Video

*Red (not pink), as the electron guns mix various levels of Red, Green,
and Blue in order to produce all the colors of the specturm which humans
can see
