Look around (google) for a program called ADT.ADT stands for Apple Disk Transfer, and it requires a serial/null modem cable and a couple of hours of fiddling (easy fiddling) to get working.
I can't tell you off the top of my head where it lives on the internet, but google should help, otherwise you could wait around until one of these other blokes can give you a better answer. :)
