If the card provides 80 columns, then it has at least 4K.

If ProDOS gives you a 64K RAM drive, then it has at least 64K.

After that, assume it uses the RAMworks compatible hardware and use the
RAMworks disk to check it out.

If it is not RAMworks compatible, then you need to find the
manufacturer's disk.
