I suspect there would be he double toothpicks to pay if there was a
blitz of email to Jack.

On the Trust and Safety Boards I caught one poster complaining that
eBay wasn't clamping down on copyright violators.  Then there was this
one:

It looks like going to court is the way to get this sort of thing
fixed.  Ebay backed out the charges for the auction.  I couldn't have
a case in small claims court.  The folks above were in business so it
was worth their while to take action.
