Looking for RPG from '91, Ultima Style

Hi,

Back around '91 I bought a RPG out of Nibble Magazine. It came on a 3.5" 
disk and wasn't made by any big name companies. It had an interface like 
the old Ultima games, with triangles for mountains and had the same view 
for dungeons. You could control only one character in the game. I think the 
main menu screen had a skull in front of a wall. Unfortunatly I can't 
remember the name. My mom threw out my Laser 128 and all that went with it 
after I left home. If anyone has some suggestions, I would appreciate it.
