That's how I did it with my system...

I wasn't able to get anything to write from the IIgs.  I can read files
all I want from the OS-X box, but when I try to write I get a "permission
denied" error even though I am writing to a directory "owned" by the IIgs.
 My solution has been to use an old MacOS box as a file server.  I have to
have it in the network anyway to serve as the bridge between the Ethernet
network and the Localtalk network anyway, I might as well park files
there, too.

Next I want to get MacIP running on the IIgs so that I can actually log in
to a shell on the OS-X box, not just share files back and forth...sharing
files is useful, but I want to do more useful things...!
