Here I am responding to my own post to point out (in case
anyone didn't realize it already) that this card would also
work in a IIe and have the effect of upgrading the IIe in
three ways:
- The CPU would be 65816 compatible
- IIgs video modes would be available
- A lot of memory would be available --
Probably 8Mb bank switched (Ramworks style)
and 1-8Mb slinky (Apple style)
Obviously none of this stuff should affect the operation
of IIe software.
