Bryan, I looked into this and what you need is the F8 rom.
The original Apple II had no D0 or D8 rom, but you could
add them if desired. Also the original had all different roms.
They had integer roms, where the Plus had AppleSoft roms.
the numbers for E0, E8, F0, and F8 are as follows:

E0 = 341-0001-00
E8 = 341-0002-00
F0 = 341-0003-00
F8 = 341-0004-00

I have none of these on file and I am presently
reorganizing all of my Apple II resource data
getting ready to burn it all onto CD. When I come
across it, I'll send you the Prom to Eprom converter
diagram.
