Thanks, that is what I assumed also. The X2444P is a 16x16, 4.5v-5.5v
EEPROM, and is compatible with the 93C13 which is what I'm getting.
I also found the 1/2 size crystal oscillator, I am getting 32 mHz, but if
that
is too fast I can go lower. I also found the 40 pin dip ribbon cable
connectors
and have a few of them on the way.
