You can get Apple II Desktop at:
http://www.chebucto.ns.ca/Services/PDA/AppleIIMiscellaneous.shtml
(both 5.25" and 3.5" versions). I believe it is the Apple-licensed
version of MouseDesk, so is functionally identical.
The 3.5" version has a few extras like a DA calculator and a textfile
viewer (IIRC).
