Why bother? Use the disk images as they are, on an emulator.....
I've done the opposite a lot though: transferring real Apple II
floppies to disk images. And then I used Paul Guertin's ADT (Apple
Disk Transfer), which also can transfer disk images to real Apple II
floppies.
