Unfortunately, there isn't just one format for .DSK images, but most are 143360
bytes long and consist of just the data from the original sectors of a real 35
track, 16 sector/track disk.
The image data is already decoded on the image so there is exactly 256
bytes/sector and 512 bytes/block.
Some of the .DSK images use DOS ordered skewing of the sectors and others use
ProDOS order skewing which allows the blocks to be read in numerical order.
