  Forgot to mention, that Freeze Spray is nothing more than a liquid that cools
a component down to -60 degrees, shocking it back into the working mode (if it
has a thermal failure).  You post indicates this.  It's non-conductive so there
is no harm in spraying it in a monitor that's plugged in.  Since it's -60
degrees, don't try it on living tissue, it can cause frostbite.

  I have a can from Chemtronics called Freeze It.
