There is (or should be) no resource fork associated with a ShrinkIt
archive...if there were, you wouldn't be able to work with the file under
ProDOS 8.

It's a good idea to make sure a ShrinkIt archive gets a Binary II header
before it gets sent to a non-Apple (II or Mac) system, but IIRC ShrinkIt
will open archives with an improper filetype/auxtype.  (The extension for a
ShrinkIt archive with a Binary II header should be .bxy, instead of .shk or
.sdk.)
