Yeah, I knew VNC is well documented. I've used it for a long time.
It's one of the best ideas I've seen for remote access. True that
other methods may be quicker display but most have the restriction of
text only. Besides, I like being able to leave that system running and
be able to return to where I was.

At first I was thinking of something such as an intercept driver which
could 'simply' display all the GS output but I realized how hard, if
not impossible would be. Then I think, GS/OS would be perfect as most
of the best GS programs run in it anyhow. All that's really needed
would be a console/terminal type program for running text mode exe's.
All those GNO/ME types could use a similar idea.

Well, the point is currently moot for me as I don't have my GS with a
network card. I just think it would be cool to have the GS clustered
with my other boxes and viewed in a window on my common monitor. Plus,
it would resolve the issue with monitor timings out of spec. This
method could display the GS/OS desktop as it exists without
distortions, even if a little small on the PC screens.
