Well, if the LCD monitor had an S-Video input,
a Video Turtle IIGS RGB to S-Video converter
should enable the IIGS to display a sharp enough
image on the LCD to read text.
Would any IIGS enthusiast care to try making
a IIGS RGB to Component Video adapter cable?
That would be the ultimate IIGS display because
televisions with component video and capable of
displaying HDTV resolution pictures are the
future.
I have wondered if I built a PC with a Radeon
All-In-Wonder card and LCD display into my
dead IIGS RGB Monitor's case and obtained
a Video Turtle, would the S-Video input of the
Radeon produce good results with the IIGS
RGB output (routed through Video Turtle).
Anyone with a Video Turtle care to comment
on quality of display?
