If you don't already have a copy, get yourself a copy of the Apple II
version of ProTerm 3.x. It is still sold via the internet from its
publisher, InTrec.

Then, choose the 'Emulate File' option from the menus, and select the
'Emulate into Scrollback' option and select 'Heathkit H-19' emulation.

This will add the CRs into the file for you. Then save the file from the
Scrollback buffer.

I used this procedure several times on PostScript files that used only LFs
instead of CRs or CRs + LFs. It worked great.

That is, of course, if I haven't forgotten anything. It seems like its been
years since I've had to do this.
