  The early //e (white lettered keycaps) in a box that I have is kinda neat. 
The box is an Apple ][+ box with a Apple //e sticker over the ][+ label.  Too
cheap for new boxes, so they relabled the leftover ][+ boxes.

  Thay aren't in primo shape, but I have ][+, //e, //c and IIgs in their
original boxes.  The early //e boxes were the flat gray and white boxes, the
later ones were the glossy white with graphics. Like the ones in the eBay ad
mentioned.
