Hi!
I ordered a couple of these clock cards from RC Systems. I
haven't done any testing of the cards beyond pluging one of them into
a platinum IIe and starting it up. The first thing I did was set the
clock. It turns out that the ckock had already been set for Pacific
time so all I had to do was set the time ahead three hours. Booting
the IIe a couple of times since then shows that it keeps the correct
time.
The KIX command (KIX is a shell that came with Kyan Pascal) 'DATE'
reported that the clock card was an AE TimeMaster so I re-assembled
the command to recognize the TimePro card.
The docs that came with the cards says that the card can be used
in slot 3 but I haven't yet checked that out.
Looks to me as if this card is a good deal at $27.
