Use the 800k disks.  The 400K 3.5 is just a single-sided version of the
800k disk (double-sided).  (Un)Fortunately, you can't flip it over to use
the other side as a 400K disk, ala 5.25 disks which could be turned over
and used for a second 140K disk, with all the adverse disclaimers
attached.
