Examining the Monitor?

Is it possible to examine the code in the ROMs and find out what the various
control key functions are? Would that kind of information be in the Monitor?
The controlling key functions are well documented for the Apple II computer
but I have several clones, like the Havoc for example, that none of the
normal key commands work on. Is there a way to find out what those commands
would be without having a User Manual to look them up in?
