One MAJOR difference is that the RamFactor plugs into
an expansion slot in the back of the machine and can be
used in a II,II+, IIe or IIgs. The Ramworks II and III can only
go in the Aux slot (front left) of the IIe. Also, the Ramworks
cards provide 80 column support for the IIe. Not sure of any
other differences. I believe they both bank switch and can be
used for ramdisk operation.
