What about a platform that allowed Apple II emulation at one level but also had an enhanced native mode?

Come to think of it, isn't this what the IIgs was about in the first place? Backward compatibility with II software while offering enhanced speed, graphics and sound.

Hmm...maybe an Apple II SuperGS?

Would people buy something like this?

Would people with a Apple IIgs programming experience bother to create native apps for a "SuperGS?"
