Bad idea. You should never use a fuse with a higher rating than the
original. If the fuse is blowing, that's because there's a fault in the
circuit, and a higher-rated fuse will NOT fix that. It may allow more
components to be damaged, though.
Repair of switching power supplies can be tricky. I don't recommend
even attempting it unless you can visually identify a damaged component,
and find an *exact* replacement. Many components in switchers are
safety-critical, and sometimes even components that appear to have similar
ratings are not safe to substitute.
