Er... the contrary is probably true. Feeding the capitalist beast leads
to more difference between "poor" and "rich" countries, which is a sure
recipe for *more* violence and terror.
OTOH, giving our leaders more money to invest in weapons will result in
better wars with a lot of nice fireworks, leading to great TV shows and
the extinction of the human race, both of which are a good way to stop
violence and terror.
