These will work in any Apple IIe (enhanced or not), IIc or IIc+.  The
lack of a 28-pin ROM in a II or II+ prevents it from working there.

I recently picked up one to try and put it in my Platinum IIe.  Works
great.  It also keeps track of the year so you don't have to patch
ProDOS every 7 years.

I am considering doing a group purchase of these.  I'm not sure what
price we can get them for but I'd guess for around $20 + postage each.
I won't know for sure until I know how many people are interested.

If you are interested in getting one (or more) either say so here or
an e-mail to myself in my Syndicomm mailbox.  The first step is to see
how many people are interested so I can get an idea of what sort of
volume price break we can get.  I can then get back to you with a more
precise cost per chip.  I understand that your initial query does not
necessarily commit you to purchase.
