CP/M Plus did date/time-stamp its files, and some Apple CP/M
implementations supported CP/M Plus.  Most supported only
CP/M 2.2 though, which didn't date/time-stamp its files.
 
Apple Pascal did at least date-stamp its files.  Don't know
whether it was Y2K compatible though....
