The pinout on the //c+ RAM port is the same as that for the //c
(I suspect the reason the Apple card does not work in the //c+
is that the ASIC cannot handle an accellerated system).

I was looking at my //c Technical Reference Manual (2nd edition
[loose leaf]) just last night and it is definitely there.
It is a 34 pin dual in line plug/socket combo.
The //c+ also has an extra socket with approx 7 pins that the //c
does not have. This has the missing A2 & A3 signals and some ROMSEL
signals as well.
