It's a pretty complex representation--intended, I presume, to

Actually, all you need is a IIgs-font capable WYSIWYG word
processor.  Then you can type the characters, select the font,
and capture the screen.

Appleworks with SuperFonts can do the job nicely on a //e.

The IIgs Font Editor for the //e will also do nicely...
