MouseText on II+

How can I get MouseText onto my II+. I kind of think that
it can be added but I can't seem to find anything on the net
about it. I have a videx 80 column card with adapter plugged
into the 74LS259/9334 socket so it can switch back and forth,
but it only has the standard character set that comes in it. There
is another socket that I believe might be for the MouseText set,
but I don't have it or know where to get it. Or, does that go into
the motherboard as a replacement rom? I would be happy to pay
someone for their time and effort if they know how this is done
and can supply me the necessary eprom/rom/info to do it. If you
have this knowledge and the time to help me out, then email me
and we'll work out a deal.
