First, you're in the wrong newsgroup. This one is for the Apple II 
series which predated the Macintosh. Look for a comp.sys.mac.* newsgroup.

Second, if it is a Macintosh IIsi it should have an internal hard drive. 
The IIsi is fairly old, it was made from 1990 to 1993. You can find more
