I recall seeing some postings on comp.sys.apple2 from around 1990 that
stated that the implementation of the RDY line on the 65c02 is inconsistent
with the 6502 which causes other problems.  A better option might be to drop
in a 65816, which more faithfully recreates the 6502 functionality (in 6502
emulation mode).
