A "Apple 3.5 floppy disk controller card" (aka Liron card) will work. A Superdrive card *might* work. I seem to recall someone saying it did on a II plus.I tried both, and both crash into the monitor on attempt at access.
I've used both of those cards on a II+, right now my II+ contains a superdrive card and ny II a Liron card. I'd try the card and driver combo on a IIe or IIgs to make sure they work together. How much RAM is in the II+, most versions of ProDOS don't work unless you have 64k. You need v1.9 or earlier if you don't have a 65C02. Does the program on the floppy work with a II+? You could also try booting Copy II plus off a 5.25" drive and seeing if you can read and write to the 3.5" drive.
