That's what you use MUG! for.

Hmm, it's sort of a Catch-22 for you as I *think* you need to create the
MSDOS partition (or at least format it) from the PC side, but you have
nothing to boot the PC side with!

Maybe somebody with a PCT could create a small partition for you, copy on
the required files to boot into MSDOS and format the partition (if
necessary), then shrink it and email it to you. It wouldn't have to be very
big, just a few hundred Kb before compression.
