I used the MousePaint that came with the GUI desktop program Quark Catalyst. It's MousePaint version works fine from any partition and subdirectory that it
is placed in, and I don't use Quark Catalyst to launch it.

I'll have to see if I have a later version. I have disks with different
part numbers. I used an easily version that came with my mouse and
mouscard and never thought to check for a later version. It would make
sense for them to make it work on any hard drive.
