Actually, the copyright is still owned by the publisher
(www.microsparc.com).  The name microsparc was never sold to anyone. 
As to the manual for Macrosoft, it appears that Roger may have one of
the few surviving copies of the manual.  The copy of the manual owned
by the publisher disappeared some years ago.
