No.

Only disks whose computers are running a _server_ will show up,
and there is no Appletalk File Sharing _server_ for the IIgs.

There is a _client_, and that allows both IIgs's to see the Mac
disk.  The Mac disk can be used as a "drop box" to move
data between the two IIgs's (or anything else that can see
the shared disk).
