I've had a few cases where the shipping I quoted was much higher than
reality, in which cases I gave a partial refund (mainly to ease my
conscience), though I can see why people who make a living off eBay
might be more inclined to gouge... peronally I just won't bid on
anything that doesn't have the S&H plainly stated in the copy.
