There are several DOS 3.3 launchers that will basically create an "image" of
the disk and you can launch it right from GS/OS 6.0.1 and then return to the
Finder when you're done. I think the one I use is called DOS 3.3 Launcher,
but I'm not sure. Dig around Ground and you probably can find one.
