Without a doubt, the Apple IIgs. It combines 10 years of A2 greatness with a
little extra horsepower. Don't forget the Ensonic sound chip. The sound
capabilities of the IIgs blows all other computers of its time out of the
water. Say what you will about GS/OS, but I like it. But, agin, if you
prefer a command line interface, you can use DOS 3.3 or ProDOS. The only
beef I ever had with ProDOS was that there was NO FORMAT COMMAND!
