What is being said here is like me turning a PaperClip document into a
text adventure game. Only if I had clickable links instead of automated
data-linking to these other documents. If I had that would PaperClip be a
programming language if I placed a data link to the word UP, DOWN, NORTH,
SOUTH and so forth. In a way, I would only be simulating a program with
data link to the words with links to another text file. It is pretty
simple to know a programming language is designed for the purpose of
creating programs where as a HTML is for defining a HyperText Document
layout.
