You're right. I shouldn't have been quite that rigid. In microcomputers, 
programming languages are used to create programs and apps. HTML doesn't 
provide any form of actual programming functionality and the web browser 
itself incorporates all the routines and the tags simply describe 
settings. Then again I would not precisely call HTML a "programming 
language". I would still call it a computer language.
