It is a computer language but it is not a computer "programming" language. 
Geez I have to quote the key word "programming". HTML is a Document 
Definition Type language. Much like and formatting tag in a Word Processor 
document is. HTML actually reminded me of PaperClip which actually used an 
early system that was quite similar to HTML but more primitive. It even had 
data linking.
