A dictionary is misleading because they often are written by someone who 
does not know shit about programming. An uneducated person such as yourself 
do not realize your lack of knowledge and you do not have any apparent 
experience in programming. HTML is a context definition script language 
that defines the formatting and layout of content on a web document. It 
does nothing in the area of real programming. It takes the use of 
Javascript or some other form of CGI scripts. BTW: Do you know what I meant 
by CGI. Modern web pages uses CSS. Do you know what CSS is when it comes to 
webpages.
